  • Why don't you accept returns
    Due to the natural nature of the products it is best to not accept returns. I am however willing to come up with an agreeable solution to whatever the issue may be with the product.
  • Can my product melt?
    Yes it can! The downside of using raw butters is that they have the tendency to melt when put in warm climates. This may not be an issue during the winter months but during the spring and summer months the butters are more likely to melt. If your butter is melted when you receive it have no fear! Simply place in the refrigerator until solidified.
  • Will it take long to process my order?
    All items are made with love and care in house. When a product sells out then that means we have to go back and make more of the product at the time of purchase. When this happens the customer will be informed and it may take up to 3 days to process the order before it is shipped out.
